What To Bring

Keep It Simple

You do not need special gear for your first class. Come ready to move, learn, and ask questions.

Every student signs a standard training waiver before participating. We can help you with it when you arrive, or you can fill it out ahead of time here.
  • Comfortable athletic clothes A t-shirt, rashguard, shorts, leggings, or compression gear all work.
  • Water bottle You will move, sweat, and learn. Bring water so you can stay hydrated.
  • Slides or flip-flops Wear them any time you step off the mat, especially to the bathroom or lobby.
  • A beginner mindset You are not supposed to know what you are doing yet. That is why you are here.
